2014
Fedir Serdiuk leads the Emergency Response Team of the Red Cross in Odesa.
Fedir Serdiuk and Ihor Korpusov establish a private company named FAST, which operates in the security market.
Prior to founding PULSE, the founders worked in the private sector and had medical and rescue experience.
2022
The charitable organization PULSE was registered. The founders of the organization are Leonid Kopus, Ihor Korpusov, and Fedir Serdiuk.
2023
March
PULSE receives the status of a certified training center from the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (USA).

PULSE conducts tactical medicine training for the Armed Forces of Estonia

The team is joined by advisors, among them:

Dmytro Samofalov, a military surgeon and candidate of medical sciences, formerly served as the head of Ukraine's National Health Service.

Voices of tacmed
The project aims to spread knowledge of tactical medicine among current and future military personnel and reservists. In a series of nine videos, Ukrainian artists voice over videos about the most important skills and concepts of tactical medicine. The project partners are the Podil Theater and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
